Ben Howard

I have 14 years of my own Gambling Addiction experience and Gambling Harms. I have been in recovery for 3 years, and since finding recovery, have built up a resource of contacts and companies within the education, treatment and care sector and volunteers widely across this.

I have experience of the Criminal Justice System due to my Gambling Addiction and am passionate about supporting individuals through this. I have a wealth of knowledge about the legacy harms attached to addiction.

I am also a keen runner, and enjoy fitness, self-care, theatre, mindfulness, walks, and exploring new places.
